We live in a special place, nestled between beautiful Lake Ontario and the majestic Niagara Falls Escarpment. From its roots as a service centre to Niagara's thriving agricultural industry, the town of Grimsby has developed to become the preferred place in which to live and do business in the Niagara Falls region.

Although less than an hour's drive from Toronto, Ontario's world-class cultural milieu (catch a Blue Jay's game, perhaps a performance of Miss Saigon and home for midnight), Grimsby is the personification of a small town. It's quiet, tree-lined avenues, its rural area, the natural Niagara Falls Escarpment which winds through the town's centre, the beaches on the shores of Lake Ontario, and its many parks define "home" to the town's 19,000 people.

There are more than 100 retail stores in Grimsby: beer and liquor outlets, wine boutiques, a post office, hospital, library, art gallery, museum and Tourist Information Centre, to provide information on things to do and see in Grimsby and Niagara.

We also have many fine restaurants, and friendly Bed-and-Breakfast operators to make you feel at home during your stay.

And, we have hundreds of acres of parks, on the lakeshore, along the Niagara Escarpment, and downtown, so bring a picnic lunch and enjoy nature at its finest.
